Some things are but hinted in Mrs. Moreland's shop.
Leaked or hinted at Hours are here.

The Chandler is a mysterious "future" Hour who does not yet have any of the standard origins.[1] She first appears in the dreams of the player during the Apostle Entheate legacy, and is expected to become an Hour in the future. In a developer doc for Book of Hours, she is shown to enjoy strange combinations and arrangements of Lore and for books to be sold.[2][3] Likely has Lantern as an aspect due to her connection to the Pilgrimage.[4] While most Hours are said to have no more than three aspects, the Witness and Chandler claim otherwise.[5]
The Pilgrimage: The Chandler’s secret pilgrimage will gather the people that were discarded as “wax and eggshells” by those who sought to join the Watchman’s Pilgrimage for the Second Dawn, assembling them in the image of “one who watches and does not act”, who is assumed to be the Witness.[4]
The Watchman: The Hour who will lead the Pilgrimage expected to herald the Second Dawn, which the Chandler’s own secret pilgrimage is tied to.[4]
The Witness: These two Hours are often mentioned alongside one another, and seem to have a number of similarities.[1]
One line of text posted in the Cultist Simulator discord as promotional material includes the phrase, “THE CHANDLER COMES”.
Names of the Chandler and the Witness claim that other worlds with other Manses exist. Note that this also means that Names of the Chandler exist already or have some influence, despite being a “future” Hour. [1]
One theory has been that the Chandler is an Hour from one of the other Manses mentioned briefly, or one which will arrive eventually.
She may also have a connection to Hokobald of Pocsind, for in the book "My Deeds, My Power, My Achievements..." has him rhetorically ask "Who is the fire, and who the fuel". This quote is very similar to a question in "The Glint and the Wick", which says "What is the flame, and what the fuel?"[6]
Information from developers regarding Book of Hours has implied that it is possible for the librarians in the game to influence the Histories depending on how they record and present information. If it is possible to influence the past from the present in such a manner, then perhaps the Chandler is similarly influencing the present from the future.[7]

Giribrago is one of several obscure Hours about which little information is currently known. Extremely vague references to them seem to exist currently in Cultist Simulator, alongside Blackbone and Snow, which implies that these three Hours have been "cast down", and information about them has been suppressed. Leaked developer notes and some promotional material suggest that the Giribrago was once referred to internally as the Egg, and it likely has Lantern as an aspect due to the theme of eggs and suns being compared and tied to the Glory.[2]
The Egg Unhatching (?): Assuming the working title of this Hour as the Egg still holds some weight, the connections to the old god-from-stone are hard to ignore.
The Sun-in-Splendour (?): The Sun-in-Splendour was the Hour which seemingly replaced the Egg Unhatching. Has Giribrago then replaced the Sun to some degree since the Intercalate?
Giribrago and the other leaked Hours appear be hinted at in the Priest legacy, when preaching about the aspect of Heart, as “those who were cast down, wave or wound or snow”. For a time it was also postulated that this could simply be a reference to the dead gods-from-stone, who can similarly be tied to these symbols, but the official reveal of Giribrago and his alternate title as "the Wound" appears to clarify this issue. A similar reference exists about incantations used to defend against Worms as well as “the Wave and the Wound,” though these Protections apparently haven’t been performed for at least a thousand years.[3][4]
When a full list of the Hours was leaked to the community prior to official reveals, the Hour numbered 21 was called the Egg. As a result the community frequently referred to this Hour as "the Second Egg" to differentiate it from the Egg Unhatching. The image on the WF Catalogue page[5] depicts Jabal al-Nour, a well-known real-world mountain whose Arabic name means "Mountain of the Light."
The Snow is one of several obscure Hours about which little information is currently known. Extremely vague references to them seem to exist currently in Cultist Simulator, alongside Blackbone and the Giribrago, which implies that these three Hours have been "cast down", and information about them seems to have been suppressed. Another development document for Book of Hours however mentions a censored Hour tied to endings and stasis, which is likely Snow.[1] They likely have Winter as an aspect, both because of the name and some hints at their nature.
Possible servants include Chione: A mysterious spirit known for her nine years in Abydos, where she turned the city into “a place of slow death, frosty ecstasy and silent beauty”, before conspirators break the silence and let in a scarred man (the Colonel?) to drag Chione out and allow Summer to return. While it was once assumed that Chione was tied to the Madrugad in some way, the Weather Factory Catalog has confirmed her association with Snow. Her name literally translates in Greek to “snow”, and the themes of winter, death, and silence all align with other existing information about Snow.[2][3][4]
Chione is the name of several figures from Greek mythology. In some stories she is the consort or daughter of Boreas, the North Wind, and in another she is turned into a cloud which casts snow upon a desert.
Traditionally, the Fool is considered both the 0th and the 22nd card of the Tarot, though with so little information on Snow and no indication that that connection exists in the Secret Histories universe, such an association is unlikely to be real.
Snow and the other obscure Hours are hinted at in the Priest legacy, when preaching about the aspect of Heart, as “those who were cast down, wave or wound or snow”. For a time it was also postulated that this could simply be a reference to the dead gods-from-stone, who can similarly be tied to these symbols, but the official reveal of Giribrago and his alternate title as "the Wound" appears to clarify this issue.[5]
It is particularly difficult to identify potential references to Snow elsewhere, since in general the aspect of Winter and its Hours all frequently use themes and symbols tied to endings and snow.
The image on the Snow's WF Catalogue page[6] is from the Wikipedia page for Sestos, an ancient Thracian city opposite to Abydos (the Mysian one).[7]
One speculation about Snow and the other leaked Hours is that they might have been existing Hours which were “displaced” by the Intercalate, which created the Solar Hours and the Wolf-Divided and pushed them into their current odd position outside the “standard” Tarot but within the 24 Hour day.
The Blackbone is one of several obscure Hours about which little information is currently known. Extremely vague references to them seem to exist currently in Cultist Simulator, alongside The Giribrago and Snow, which implies that these three Hours have been "cast down", and information about them seems to have been suppressed. Another development document for Book of Hours however mentions a censored Hour tied to “the crushing black of the deep sea”, which is likely Blackbone.[1] Possibly has the aspect of Grail, due to its associations with the sea.
Blackbone might be a reference to the work of H.P. Lovecraft, whose personal fears of the ocean and what dwelled in it are heavily featured in the beings of his Cthulhu Mythos. Cultist Simulator itself is often marketed as a “Lovecraftian” game.
The quote on the Blackbone's Weather Factory Catalog page references Donald Crowhurst, an English businessman who competed in a race to sail around the world solo, eventually abandoning the race and committing suicide at sea following a mental breakdown.
One speculation about Blackbone and the other leaked Hours is that they might have been existing Hours which were “displaced” by the Intercalate, which created the Solar Hours and the Wolf-Divided and pushed them into their current odd position outside the “standard” Tarot but within the 24 Hour day. Blackbone might have a connection to the Tide, as another Hour that was tied to the sea. It could even be some fragment of that dead Hour which has survived or returned, though such possibilities are VERY speculative. Donald Crowhurst's private log entries, which Blackbone's WF Catalogue page quote is from, talk about the laws of reality being determined by several cosmic beings as part of a "game". Humans are able to resign from the game through death or sufficient effort, shedding their physical bodies, becoming "second generation cosmic beings" and entering the realm of the divine. While this bears numerous similarities to the Mansus and how mortals access it, ascension in Cultist Simulator typically increases rather than decreases involvement in the occult - could Blackbone and the other leaked Hours have been "cast down" for their refusal to engage in Mansus politics?
